You receive the certified translation as a digital PDF by email, usually in as little as 24 hours for rush orders. Hard copies, notarization, and extra certified copies are available.
What we need from you
Good scans make everything faster — and prevent the back-and-forth that delays filings.
- Every page of the document, including back sides, covers, and stamp pages
- Clear scans at 300 DPI or sharp phone photos in good lighting
- The entire page visible — do not crop seals, stamps, signatures, or barcodes
- One file per document where possible, named so we can match it to your order
- Tell us your filing type (for example, I-130, asylum, court filing) so we format the certification correctly
1 page = up to 250 words. Documents are counted in 250-word increments, rounded up. Formatting such as tables, stamps, seals, and handwriting is preserved.
