Anyone can call themselves a translator. We hold our network to a verifiable standard:
- ATA certification, court interpreter/translator certification, or a university degree in translation
- A minimum of 5 years of professional document translation experience
- Domain specialization — immigration, legal, academic, medical, or business
- Sample-based quality screening before joining the network
- Ongoing quality reviews based on revision and acceptance rates

Every translator is ATA-certified, court-certified, or holds a university translation degree with 5+ years of professional experience in your document type.

Documents are transmitted over encrypted connections, access is limited to your assigned translator and reviewer, and files are permanently deleted 90 days after delivery. NDAs available on request.
