What is a certified translation?
A certified translation is a translation delivered with a signed Certificate of Accuracy — sometimes called a translator's certification statement — in which the translator states that they are competent in both languages and that the translation is complete and accurate. It is not a government-issued license; U.S. immigration rules allow any competent translator to certify a translation.
Will USCIS accept your translations?
Yes. USCIS regulations (8 CFR 103.2(b)(3)) require a complete English translation accompanied by a certification signed by the translator stating that the translation is complete and accurate and that the translator is competent to translate. Every order includes that certification. If USCIS rejects your filing because of a defect in our translation or certificate, we will redo it for free and refund your translation fee.
Do I need to prove I am a certified translator, or does the translator's certification suffice?
For USCIS, the translator's signed certification is what matters — the translator must state their competence and provide their name and contact details. There is no federal translation license. Our certificates include the translator's credentials, such as ATA certification or a university translation degree, and sign the statement in compliance with 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3).
How much does a certified translation cost?
Standard translations are $24.95 per page (1 page = up to 250 words), with 3–5 business day turnaround. Express (1–2 days) is $39.95 per page and Rush 24-hour service is $59.95 per page. Volume discounts start at 10 pages. Notarization, extra certified copies, and hard copies are available as add-ons.
How fast can you deliver?
